An officially single Russell Brand appeared on "Piers Morgan Tonight" on Tuesday, and things got a little privacy.
The 37-year-old actor / comedian, Whose divorce from pop star Katy Perry WAS finalized this week, Revealed That He's Been keeping HIS anger in check with the technique that's Been Taking Precedence over more adult activities.
"For the first time in my life, I spend more time meditating and doing yoga Than I do HAVING sex," Brand said.
